Steep 1 teaspoon of Calendula flowers in 1 cup of boiling water for approximately 10 - 15 minutes. Strain and drink. We love to blend with Chamomile, Hibiscus, and Lemonbalm. Calendula flowers are flavorful and will add a touch of sweetness to your teas. Cautions: Calendula is generally safe when consumed by healthy persons but there are situations where caution is appropriate. As it speeds up mensuration, so pregnant or breast feeding women should not drink Calendula tea. Diabetics or those having surgery should also not drink this tea as it may contra indicate some medications. Consult your healthcare provider before drinking calendula tea if you are currently taking any form of medications.
