Herbal Bath Directions
Put bag in a pint of water on the stove, simmer for 30 minutes. Do not boil.
Take bag out and place in bowl, let drain until after bath.
Add pint of water to bath water and enjoy a nice bath for 20 minutes. Do not use soap. Steep in herbal water.
You may drink water that has drained, however make sure you are not allergic to any herbs int he bag..
Place Herbal Bath Bag in freezer to use next week.
If eczema flare ups are in very specific small areas you may make a pint and place tea in fridge. Nightly, pour some into a bowl, warm, and get a white cotton washcloth, wet it, wrap around flared up area. If you can sleep in it, even better.
Warning: If you are in perfect health, drink some of the tea morning and night. If you have liver or kidney problems, consult a physician. If you are pregnant, do not drink and only use topically.

How to Use
Short baths with lukewarm water is best (and least as possible). Cut your soaps in half, and save half for a later time. See if there is a bar you prefer.
Apply Derma Relief all over skin after shower, even on face if you have flare ups there.
Rescue Salve is for any cracked skin. If you’ve scratched and bled, or have open sores, clean and apply Rescue Salve.
Soothing: Moisturize your skin to prevent eczema from traveling to other areas. Can be used all over your body when your flare ups have calmed down. Going into the pool? Protect your skin from chemicals with Soothing Balm.
