We used to drink nettle alone but this season we had to up the anti, this season requires more.

We curated this blend of Nettle, Alfalfa, Red Clover, Nigella Sativa, Mullein and Plantain Leaves. *Add peppermint to taste.

This gets a thumbs up from the kiddies and puts us all at ease.

In the morning I strain it, warm it up the amount I can drink for the day and the rest I keep in the fridge. One 32 oz jar usually last 2-3 days depending on how many people are drinking it.
