Your self-care routine:

• Short baths with lukewarm water is best (and least as possible). 
• Use only Cocolene Soaps for Dermatitis
• Apply Derma Relief Oilon face and body.

• Herbal Bath Routine ( In Complete Set) - Now get Detox Tea 

• Put bag in a pint of water on the stove, and simmer for 30 minutes. Do not boil.
• Take the bag out and place in bowl, let drain until after bath.
• Add pint of water to bath water and enjoy a nice bath for 20 minutes. Do not use soap. Steep in herbal water.
  
• Place Herbal Bath Bag in the freezer to use next week.
• If eczema flare-ups are in very specific small areas you may make a pint and place tea in fridge. Nightly, pour some into a bowl, warm, and get a bandage, wet it, wrap it around the flared up area. If you can sleep in it, even better.
