• Barley: Barley Grass is an ancient grain with modern superpowers. Barley is an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antitoxin, antibacterial, antiviral, alkalizer, digestive aid and sleep enhancer.
• Wheat Grass: Wheatgrass is an excellent source of many different vitamins and minerals. It is especially high in vitamins A, C and E, as well as iron, magnesium, calcium and amino acids.
