In a glass or ceramic pot, simmer bag in a quart of water for 20 – 30 minutes. Remove bag and drain then place in freezer until next use. Pour 3/4 into a warm bath. Save the remainder to use for a later bath (kept in the fridge) or warm for a compress on inflamed areas for the rest of the week.
To apply Tea to specific areas, use a white cotton (not synthetic) wash cloth as a compress. Place over the area. You may wrap a dry towel over it so as to not drip. Do this for as long as you can.
If you can plastic wrap the dry towel over it and sleep in it, even better.
