Cocolene creates every product with the highest grade, unrefined ingredients. These are all natural products and must be handled with care. Should you choose to return an unused/unopened product within 7 days of purchase, we will happily refund the purchase price to the credit card used for the purchase. Items purchased with cash may only be exchanged, for web based credit  via a coupon code at purchase. There are no cash refunds.  Returns of opened products are not accepted as they cannot be resold and have to be completely discarded.

Purchases of Merchandise made through the Cocolene website,, can be returned by mail or at any of our retail locations, and must be unopened and in sellable condition.  Gently-used Merchandise may be returned for store credit only.

After 7 days, and up until 30 days following the date of purchase, we will only issue a store credit or even exchange for any unopened Merchandise in sellable condition.  Merchandise may not be returned or exchanged more than 30 days after its purchase date.

Please note that all items purchased on SALE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded in store or online regardless of purchase date.

All returns and exchanges must include the original receipt.

As most of our products are all natural – with natural preservatives, products must be used within the first 3 months to ensure product shelf life and effectiveness.

Protect your purchase. Keep products in drawers, or cabinets and out of direct light and sunlight. Light decreases the potency and properties of essential oils, plant oils, and the infused herbs used to create your product. Also, due to the nature of natural products, liquefying may occur at temperatures higher than 70 degrees fahrenheit. If this is to occur, put product in the refrigerator and use from there. Product will warm once it is rubbed in between your hands. Also, product textures may vary. If product turns grainy – this is also natural and will melt in the palms of your hands. Natural occurrences are not eligible for refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Items that are shipped to Cocolene without adequate packaging to ensure safe return and are subsequently damaged are not eligible for full return credit.

Purchases made from entities other than are not eligible for return, credit or exchange to Cocolene.  Please contact the retailer where the Cocolene purchase was made and inquire about their exchange or return policy.
