How to Use

Diffusion: Check for blend recipes in the how to use section for your diffuser.

Topical: Great to add to a carrier oil for massage. Will create a warming feeling. This is a Hot Oil. Patch test before using all over. Use a very little. Use a toothpick to dip in the eo stopper and add to oil. Ask an aromatherapist about ingesting oils with water. Use with Lemon, clove and cinnamon to support blood sugar levels.
